At Barking Riverside Explorers, we’re passionate about providing children with the most enriched educational experience. We provide education that nurtures curiosity, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

We know funding can be confusing, so here’s a simple explanation of how it works at our preschool.

Our packages

We offer flexible plans ranging from 3 to 5 days, with both full-day and half-day options to suit the needs of all families. Within these plans, we also provide funded-only sessions for those who wish to use just their government-funded hours. Families can choose between term-time only or all-year-round attendance.

Preschool fees are always paid monthly in advance, by the first day of the month. When your child joins us, on a fee-paying place, there is a registration fee.  

All fee-paying offer letters will include a refundable deposit payment in addition to a registration fee of £95 (non-refundable) which will need to be paid to secure your child’s preschool place. The deposit is half a month’s fees and is payable upon acceptance of an offer. The deposit is offset against your final bill, subject to month’s written notice.  

Upon enquiring, we will provide the complete fee sheet should you wish to take a fee-paying space. We will give you detailed pricing information once you have selected your preschool package which will be reflected on your monthly invoice.  A range of discounts are applicable depending on various factors.

Subject to availability, extra sessions are available to purchase, up to two weeks in advance.
